It is also a small buttonhole in the bottom of the horizontal pockets so you can have them pump hanging in what direction you need.

NEWS- reversible tank top for Kids wearing insulin pump

Reversible Linnen with pockets to wear insulin pump- here pockets on the front

AnnaPS now have the first tank top for really small kids to carry their insulin pump .

The tank top is reversible, which means that you can choose if you want to have the pump on your back or front.

It is the same function materials AnnaPS already uses. Tencel, an eco-friendly viscose, breathable as wool and as soft as cotton. The material is non-toxic and especially good for those with sensitive skin. Particularly suitable for children.

The tank top has two pockets and button holes on the inside so that the line can be completely inside the garment.

The child or parent can easily remove the pump to take a dose of insulin or check the pump.

The tank top is especially good during the day when your child wants to play and move freely without being disturbed by the pump. Material is available in a sportier variant and a thinner version. Comes in white, black and pink.

Price for linen is 42 EUR /each.

Even this product has been tested by the test group of children with insulin pump. They have been very positive and would like to have linen during the day and panties/boxer at night. Especially small kids` parents have appreciated that the pump can be placed back.

NEWS-Panties for kids wearing insulin pump

We finally have in AnnaPS the first products for small kids with a pocket to carry insulin pump!

Our first product for kids is an unisex pantie/boxer with pocket in sizes 3- 4, 5- 6 and 7- 8 years old.

In the beginning there will be two different thicknesses on fabric and two different colors, one that is sportier and firmer and the other one thinner and softer.

Colors:
Sooty black (thicker fabric, sportier variant)
Pink (thinner, a softer version)

In the future, there will be opportunities for more colors. We want to see first which products are right for you.

A test group of parents and children that use insulin pump have tried during the summer the product and they are very positive about it. The kids have been so excited, they have been able to jump, play and run without having to think about the pump.

Not having to be afraid that the infusion line will go out, having a kid wanting wear the pump, to be able to have any clothes on without having to think about having a rotating waistband are presented as major plus.

It should be easy to carry insulin pump.

Barntrosa/kalsong att bära insulinpump

Nu har testningen av barntrosa/kalsong med ficka att bära insulinpump startat på allvar (enstycka par har redan börjat testats tidigare).

En testgrupp om 15 barn har fått kalsong/trosa att testa.

Det skall bli mycket intressant att höra barnens kommentarer på denna unisex trosa/kalsong i storlek 3-4 år, 5-6 år samt 7-8 år.

Testperioden avslutas nu i början av augusti och kalsong/trosa kommer då att kunna produceras så snart det finns plats i sömnadsfabriken. De första produkterna bör finnas i lager till september.

Vi återkommer med mer information från testet så fort vi har fått in det.

Första småbarnskalsong/trosan med ficka att bära insulinpump

Anneli 7år i Österrike berättar om att bära insulinpump i AnnaPS kläder

En dag fick vi ett mycket trevligt mail från Tina i Österrike (Tina är Österrikeska och kan svenska!). Tinas dotter Anneli är 7 år har insulinpump och har nu provat AnnaPS produkter för att bära sin insulinpump. Hon är så nöjd och det glädjer oss så på AnnaPS. Det skall vara enkelt att bära insulinpump!

Anneli hade tidigare haft svårt att hitta ett bra sätt att bära sin pump. Anneli är mycket aktiv, hoppar mycket studsmatta och tycker om att springa. Det var jobbigt för Anneli att bli störd av pumpen i leken.

Anneli tycker det fungerar perfekt att springa, hoppa och leka nu när hon har AnnaPS produkter med ficka att bära insulinpumpen i.

I veckan fick vi detta fina mail från Tina och Anneli som vi gärna delar med oss av.

vi är jätteglada att kunna meddela att anneli (född 2005) har just sprungit sitt första tjejlopp på 5 km som en av de yngsta av 30.000 kvinnor i Wien!

Loppet heter österreichischer frauenlauf och är det största tjejloppet i europa.

Help- developing product for small Kids with Insulin pump

We are now developing panties for kids wearing Insulin pump in sizes:
3-4years
5-6 years
7-8 years

We have panties for Adults with the pocket in front. This because you easy can take the insulin pump out and into the pocket, it is also because you easy can exercise and hide the Insulin pump under the clothes.

For the small kids we need to move the pocket to a new position. We would like to find a good solution for the kids. Can you please help us with answering some questions?

Should the pocket be placed in front or on the back of the panties? We know this is different depending on age of kid. Could you please send as a comment back or front and age of kid?
